frigARTnow Creative Director
I developed a workshop programme as creative director for frigARTnow to deliver masterclasses in a range of creative disciplines hosted by leading industry experts. Previous workshops included playwright Marie Jones, and Game of Thrones actor Ian McElhinney.
I created SEO optimised content to help with organic and PPC traffic. I also developed an action plan to utilise a range of social media channels to build brand awareness and deliver the core brand message to the target audience. Analysis of data trends was also used to better target the project’s limited budget.
I authored press releases and liaised with journalists and bloggers, echoing our message across traditional print and digital platforms.
Email Campaign and Surveys
I developed surveys to gauge frigARTnow products and brand awareness, as well as utilising analysis of data metrics to report on trends and collate results.
A targeted email campaign was used to reach potential customers, and a newsletter sign-up helped generate potential future sales.
Competitions and Promotions
Social media was intrinsic in promoting and building awareness of the masterclasses. We used competitions and prize giveaways to reach potential customers, and get our brand out there for the right people to see.
